The objectives of Griffin Petroleum Company (GPC) and Associates are to assemble high quality, drilling prospects primarily in the Permian Basin Area of West Texas and New Mexico.

1)      Exploit the existing business relationships of Griffin & Associates to locate drilling and acquisition opportunities.

2)      Acquire producing properties that are economically viable under constant pricing scenarios and which will, in most cases, have unvalued upside potential.

3)      Consider periodic asset and/or equity sales to maintain liquidity.
